The Invoice Payment Reminders feature helps you follow up on overdue invoices directly from within Engagifii—without needing to switch to email or spreadsheets. It ensures timely collections, adds visibility into who received the reminder, and reduces manual effort for your finance team.

🚀 How to Use It
Step 1: Make Sure You Have Access
Only users with the Send and View Invoice Reminders permission can use this feature. Admins can enable it in:
Settings → Roles → Permissions → Revenue
Step 2: Go to the Accounts Receivable Report

Navigate to Revenue → Accounts Receivable Report

You’ll see overdue invoices grouped by organization
Step 3: Send the Reminder

Select one or more organizations with overdue invoices

Click Send Reminder

Review the pre-filled billing contact (or add a new one)

Add optional CC or BCC recipients

Customize the email message (avoid changing the invoice table)

Click Send
Each recipient will get a personalized reminder email with a secure, unique link to make the payment.
Step 4: Track Reminder History
Once sent, you’ll see:

Last Reminder Sent details in the AR report

The same info shown on the invoice record

(Coming soon) A full interaction log under the Interactions tab
💡 Tip
Each reminder is logged by user and timestamp, so you’ll always know who sent what—and when.
