Understanding the Relationships Module
What is in the Relationships Database?
The relationships module is an essential component of your Engagifii workspace. It provides you with the ability to conveniently view and manage all of your People (staff, members, non-members), Organizations, Groups, and Committees. In the All People section, you have the flexibility to add, delete, or deactivate people, as well as customize the data you collect about them. You can easily filter, sort, or export people data according to your needs. Similarly, organization records can be added, deactivated, grouped, customized, and exported just like people records in the Organizations area. If you need to create groups of people or organizations, the Groups Management feature allows you to create both static groups that you can manually manage and dynamic groups that can manage themselves based on criteria you select. Additionally, Committees provide an excellent way to segment your people based on the committees or teams they are currently or have been a part of.
