With this functionality, you have the ability to implement settings that will restrict updates to your organizational profile details. This is achieved through the use of an approval workflow, which ensures that data integrity remains uncompromised.

To enhance traceability, every request initiated by the Requestor has a unique request ID. This allows for easy tracking of requests within the "My Request" or "All Requests" sections. In cases where an Organization profile does not have a workflow associated with it, automatic approval will be granted.

Additionally, this feature allows you to designate specific groups of individuals who will receive notifications upon the approval of requests from organizations that use the workflow. Notifications will also be sent to the requestor and approver at different stages of the approval process, making it simple to keep track of the request's progress.
