What is the difference between Tracking Level and Bill Position?
The organization typically determines the tracking level for bills, with the most common levels being Hot, Monitored, or Low. These tracking level terms and colors can be customized during the implementation process and are usually set up then. Users with the appropriate permissions can update or modify them at any time. The Bill Position refers to how individuals providing staff analysis view the bill, with the most common positions being Support, Oppose, or Neutral.
