Securing Engagifii Revenue Settings, Integrations, and Transaction Data

Secure Revenue Permissions and Settings

Engagifii’s powerful Role-Based Permission functionality enables flexible and granular control over access to settings, data, and functionality across the Engagifii platform.  Engagifii follows “least privilege” principles, which means that roles can be defined in the system that provide users with the minimum levels of access or permissions needed to perform their particular jobs.

Access to various aspects of the Revenue module are controlled by such user permissions, including the following:

  • Permission to manage Revenue module settings,
  • Permission to manage integration with an external accounting system,
  • Permission to manage integration with payment gateways for digital payment transactions,
  • Permission to view all transactions in the workspace,
  • Permission to view the transactions for an organization the user is associated with,
  • Permission to view only the user’s own transactions, and
  • Permission to access revenue-related reports.

In all there are over 45 Revenue module permissions, designed to provide maximum flexibility in supporting job roles while ensuring the necessary security in accessing sensitive revenue data.

User roles can then be defined within Engagifii and assigned any combination of these permissions to ensure that users only have the minimum level of access required to do do their jobs.
