Easily record Calls, Meetings, and Emails on People and Organizations
At the heart of the mission of any association is engaging with its members and partners. Those interactions typically fall into one of three categories: Calls, Emails, and Meetings.
For example, someone on your Member Engagement team might visit a member to discuss options for this year's membership renewal. Broken down, it would look something like this:
- Interaction Type: Meeting
- Meeting Type: Renewal Planning
- Participants: Sam Poulson & Brian Lara
- Time: Feb 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Outcome: Follow-up Required
- Description: Met at member office and discussed membership and services options for 2024-25 fiscal year. They're intending to go with Full Membership plus our Policy service. Will get quote back to them next week.
So clearly, there are several things that you'd track about such a meeting (or call / email). Who was there? When did it happen? What was its outcome?
Now, with Engagifii, you can add "Interactions" to people and organizations, referencing all the people and organizations who played a part. Then see those interactions across all of them. Here's an example of how it looks on a record once it's been created:
As you can see, everything is captured in one, efficient place and, if I were to go to either of the organizations or people and open their Interactions tab, I'd see the interaction there. Record it once, see it everywhere!
Creating an interaction is an easy affair. Just a quick form and you're done. Here's what it looks like to create one:
Your administrators (or other permissioned) can create custom Types and Outcomes for all three classes of Interactions.
We recognize that not everyone needs to have the same permissions. So, admins can also enable and disable various permissions to ensure the right staff members are able to view, edit, create, and delete interactions as they see fit.
Future enhancements:
We're also intending to add two notable enhancements to Interactions in the near future
- Central, searchable list of all interactions across all people and organizations
- Create an interaction on a person by adding a BCC to your emails using whatever email client you prefer, like Outlook or Gmail.
