Release Notes: Record Interactions from using a custom BCC email address

Instead of copy/pasting interactions from your emails, automate!

For clients subscribed to Engagifii bundles including the Interactions feature, you'll now be able to add email interactions to your member records by simply adding a workspace-specific email address to the BCC line in your email compose, such as Outlook or Gmail.

Here's a screenshot to give you an example.  Note how the sender BCC'd an Engagifii address.

In less than five minutes, that email is recorded in Engagifii, on John's record and on John's organization's record as an email!  Easy peasy!  No copy/paste required!
