Based on your feedback, we've reimagined and begun replacing the tools for exporting people with a new, simpler solution
As the Engagifii platform has grown with the ability to create custom fields, track positional history on people across multiple organizations, and segment databases into finer and finer cohorts, we've heard your feedback on the data exporting system and have begun systematically making improvements to how it works.
Here's a quick look.
As you know, Engagifii has a bunch of modules and, within them, various lists of people in different contexts. So, the exporter needs to be updated in each of these places one-by-one. The data you want from an Event may be different than what you want from an organization. So, we're systematically working our way through the platform, considering and updating the exporter as we go. As of right now, we've implemented the new tools in the following places:
- Groups
- All People List
- People List in an Organization
We'll be focusing on participants lists next. So, you'll currently be seeing the old experience on participant lists for:
- Events
- Event Bundles
- Event Sessions
- Classes
- Courses
- Awards
