How to Log Emails in Engagifii with your BCC Email Address

Engagifii's Interactions feature allows you to automatically log email interactions with members by using a custom BCC email address, eliminating the need for manual copy/pasting. By simply adding your workspace-specific BCC email address, you can record important emails directly to both member and organization records.

Requirements

  • Both the sender and the receiver must be part of the workspace.
  • Each individual must be assigned to organizations within the workspace for the interaction to log properly.

Steps to Use BCC Workspace Email Addresses

  1. Compose Your Email:

    • Open your email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) and begin composing your email as usual. Address the recipient(s) as needed.
  2. Add the Workspace-Specific BCC Address:

    • In the BCC line of the email, add the unique Engagifii workspace-specific email address. This address ensures the interaction is logged automatically in the Engagifii system.
    • Example: workspace-name@bcc.engagifii.com
  3. Send Your Email:

    • Once your email is ready and the BCC email address has been added, click send.
  4. Interaction Logged:

    • Within five minutes, the email will automatically log in the recipient’s member record and their organization's record in Engagifii.

Note: The email will only be logged if both the sender and the recipient are part of the same workspace and have been assigned to organizations within the system.

Example

In this example, the sender BCC'd the custom Engagifii workspace email address, ensuring the interaction was logged without any manual input.

Benefits of Using BCC Workspace Emails

  • No Manual Logging: Automates the process of recording email interactions.
  • Efficient Member and Organization Tracking: Emails are logged to both the member’s profile and their assigned organization's record.
  • Save Time: Eliminate the need for manual copy/pasting of email interactions.

This feature is available to all Engagifii customers subscribed to bundles that include the Interactions feature.
