How do I cancel an Event registration?

Cancellations do occur, don't they? Well, on Engagifii, the workspace administrator(s) can easily cancel a participant's event registration. You have the option to charge a cancellation fee, refund a credit card payment, or issue a credit note back to the organization being billed. This credit note can be utilized to offset an outstanding invoice or saved for future use. For complete details, please refer to the tutorial below.
