      How to clear your cache and cookies

      If you're encountering issues with your Engagifii workspace, clearing your cache and cookies can be a helpful solution. Follow the steps below to learn how to clear your cache and cookies.

      1. Click the 3 dots at the top right corner of your browser window

      2. Go to Settings

      3. In the search box at the top, search on Cache or click on Privacy Settings

      4. Click on Clear Browsing Data

      5. Select Cookies and Cache files
      6. Click on Clear
