      Accessing your downloaded files

      Have you exported anything within the app and are wondering where those files go? Here’s a detailed guide on how to locate them!


      1. On the homepage, navigate to the left-hand side and locate the My Area section.
      2. Click My Downloads.


      3. Shown in this page are the files that you have recently exported, the date on which you have requested for them, as well as their status which details the time left before they expire and gets deleted off of the system


      4. To clear unwanted files or download a specific file, click on the triple dot icon beside the name of the file.
      5. To sort the list of files based on status or download date, click the filter icon on the right-hand side of the page.



      6. There you have it, that is how to locate and interact with your downloaded files!
