- Create a Billing Contact With a Permission
- Admins with the permission enabled will be able to mark people as billing contacts of organizations.
- Admins can also permission user roles the ability to mark people as billing contacts
- Those admins without the permission enabled will not be able to see the option to mark people as billing contacts of organizations.
- Deactivated / Deleted Users
- The status of the deleted and deactivated users is synchronized across all modules in the system.
- Deactivated users appear 'grayed out' in addition to being designated as deactivated.
- Deactivated users are not able to login to the workspace.
- Invitations to Join Workspace
- On the 'All People' page, the profile image will contain the appropriate invitation status icon (green check has accepted, orange check invitation was sent, red check has not accepted or invitation has expired).
- The admin can now see the status and expiration date, as well as send a new invitation on the person profile page.
- Searching for Users
- You now have the ability to search for users by typing in a minimum of two characters (E.g., to find Jane Goodall you can type Ja, Go, Ja Go etc). The system will search both the values in First & Last names to bring all the matching results.
- Exporting People
- When requesting an export, the export popup confirmation box fades away after 5 seconds.
- If you want to select all users to export, you do not need to check the boxes, the system will automatically export all users on the page if none are checked.
- From the 'My Downloads' section the progress will refresh automatically and user will be able to download the file when ready without hitting refresh.
- Download Notification
- When there is a new file ready for download, 'My Area' will have a red dot to notify that there is a file ready.
- 'My Downloads' section will show a number associated with new files available for download for the user.
- Export Permissions

Users with permission can now see the export option on 'Event Participants List', 'Endorsement Member List' and 'Organization People List'.
