      02/01/21 - Updates and Enhancements Released over the weekend Laura Vautour

      Legislative Reporting

      1. Legislative Report types now have clearer names, you will see these when you click the blue Add Report button:
        List/Newsletter
        Spreadsheet

      2. For Newsletter Reports, you can now Group Bills by none to address sorting issues.

      3. Spreadsheet (the artist formerly known as Tabular) Reports are now dynamic and generate up-to-date data when a report is run.

      4. Dates on Spreadsheet Reports display correctly.

      5. Public URLs on both types of reports link correctly.

      6. New Cross File field and Full Text PDF icon are now available in Legislative Reports.

      7. Tracking Level by Orgs displays on the Publish Reports step.

      8. You can now schedule your reports to run automatically and arrive on your email doorstep on the day and time you specify, or even daily. We are working on a quick video walk through that will be available shortly.

      Committee Meetings

      1. AL and GA Interim Meetings now appear in Committee Calendar and are displayed with a gray bar.

      2. Subscribe for a feed to your email of committee meetings with your timeframe using the new subscribe button at the top of the committee calendar screen.

      Saved Search

      1. Performance enhancements for Saved Searches.
